The International Journal of Behavior Analysis & Autism Spectrum Disorders (IJOBAS) is the result of a collaboration among a large group of world-renowned researchers and practitioners in the areas of behavior analysis and autism who gathered in São Carlos, Brazil, under the sponsorship of the State of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in January 2012. IJOBAS is an open-access on-line journal published semi-annually by its editorial committee. As an on-line, open-access journal, IJOBAS has the potential to advance the discipline at a quicker pace by making research more readily and quickly available.
IJOBAS’s mission is to disseminate empirically validated behavior analysis procedures to educators, researchers, parents, and staff working with individuals with ASD or their families in home, school, and other settings.
